Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering - Felixstowe - £30K - 40K + Package - Tier 1 Main Contractor!
My client are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their experienced and dynamic team on a BRAND NEW £30m Civil project to be based on site in Felixstowe.
You will be working for a leading contractor, arguably one of the busiest who currently have an annual turnover in excess of £500m.
This is an ideal opportunity to be involved in a fast moving and challenging project, with great progression opportunities for the right person.

Principal Duties & Accountabilities:
- Cost forecasting
- Cost and Value Reconciliation
- General subcontract administration
- Provide project specific report updates on subcontractor performance/status
- Identification of risks and provide draft contract notifications for issue to MQS / Commercial Manager
- Assisting in preparation of main contract quotations for notified events
Key Experience:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HND
- Civils main contractor background (rail would also be acceptable)
- Major project experience
- A great work ethic where you are prepared to work hard and be rewarded for it!
