ABOUT THE ROLE

The provision of a new 3 form entry School to the north of the town centre will replace the existing school. It will help to accommodate an increase in pupil numbers generated by the future housing developments and will meet the objective to relocate the existing school into the new school premises. For the next 3 months, the Quantity Surveyor role on this project will be to assist with the Subcontract Procurement, Subcontract Management, CVR’s and Managing Risk, all whilst supporting an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

If you are an ambitious and well experienced Quantity Surveyor who takes pride in everything you do, then you could be the person I’m looking for. The client I’m working with are looking for an experienced Construction Quantity Surveyor who has excellent working knowledge of JCT 2016 (essential) and preferably is degree qualified. Experience on similar projects is also an advantage as you will be expected to come in and hit the ground running. Amongst all of this you will be forth coming with your attitude towards work and be able to carry out all your work efficiently and to the highest standard. REMUNERATION

The successful candidate will be rewarded for their hard work and flexibility. With a competitive day rate of up to £350, based on experience.
