I'm looking for a freelance Quantity Surveyor to join my clients in a high-profile joint venture with tier 1 contractors. This Central London based position is looking for an experienced QS with 5-10 years experience and history working on projects involving enabling works, earthworks, roads and general civil engineering.

Location: Buckinghamshire
Rate: £300-380
Roles and responsibilities:
- Commercial reporting
- The preparation of Valuations/Applications for Payment
- The preparation of Cost Reports to the Client
- The preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedules
- The administration of subcontractor/supplier accounts
- Contract administration, including change management and maintain associated registers

Candidate Requirements:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HND (not necessary)
- Experience working with a tier 1 contractor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts
- Have a very good work ethic and be willing to work hard
