Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure - London - £30K - 40K+ Package!

Principal Duties & Accountabilities:
- Cost forecasting
- Cost and Value Reconciliation
- General subcontract administration
- Provide project specific report updates on subcontractor performance/status
- Identification of risks and provide draft contract notifications for issue to MQS / Commercial Manager
Key Experience:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HND
- Experience working on a major infrastructure project previously
- NEC form of contract experience
