This is an opportunity to get in at ground level as the organisation continues to grow and develop a more consistent commercial function, potentially building up a team around you.
If you're the dream candidate for this role you will have post qualification experience in a Quantity Surveyor role, ideally in the rail sector and if experienced with contingent labour rates, even better. You will well organised with ability to prioritise multiple workstreams. You will be keen to develop the role and take on duties that run the range of commercial management from estimation through to agreeing final accounts. The company itself is a long established family business, with a very collaborative work environment which prides itself on treating employees in a fair and inclusive way.
The benefits include car allowance, potential performance related bonus, pension contributions, 29 days paid holiday, flexibility to start/finish times etc.
