Quantity Surveyor in South East England, United Kingdom
Calling all Quantity Surveyors! Randstad is looking for a FREELANCE Quantity Surveyor to work for a major tier 1 contractor within the company's infrastructure division.
Randstad are looking for someone who has a civil based background and has previously worked on bridge maintenance projects/schemes with NEC and Network Rail (NR) contract experience.
The candidate must be able to travel to the South East London area.
The candidate will be able to gain experience working for one of the top ten Civil/Rail contracts in the UK.

Duration: 6 to 12 Months
Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: South East London
Rate: £350 p/d to £450 p/d depending on experience

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience of commercial management
- Past experience of construction projects
- A good degree in Quantity Surveying or something of a similar level
- RICS accredited or something of a similar level
- Valid CSCS
- Good team player
- Strong focus on detail
- Able to hold their own and negotiable
