Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor - Change Control Manager
Type: Contract - 12 Months Plus
Rate: £425-£500 per day, depending on level and experience
Role Overview:
Working for a highly reputable top tier main contractor who are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Senior Quantity Survyeor - Change Control Manager to work in their rail division on a £75million Rail project in London.
The company have an excellent reputation and a very impressive history of delivering key project that includes the likes of rail, utilities, power and tunnelling projects.
Role Duties:
- Ensuring early warnings and proposed changes are managed in accordance with the prevailing processes and procedures, including:
- Managing the Change control process, including managing information coming into the team from engineers and QS's
- * Timely submission.
* Appropriate governance.
* Timely and relevant communications to stakeholders.
* Project controls systems updated to reflect governance decisions and current status.
* Overseeing input to the processes and providing positive intervention as necessary to enhance process compliance and efficiency.
* Ensure proposed changes are fully assessed for scope, schedule, cost and risk impact and any impacts on other areas are adequately assessed to support decision making processes.
* Facilitate and support the development of Change Management capability across the project to ensure functional optimisation and value including the identification and development of improvement opportunities.
