I am very excited to begin my search looking for a strong Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well established Tier 1 Main Contractor to work on a Major Rail Project.

My client is one of the leading engineering and construction companies in the UK and provide specialist building, civil engineering and rail expertise to a range of markets to provide a truly integrated service to clients.

I am looking for someone who can take the lead on a £55 million pound scheme. This project will be rail based so the candidate would ideally need to have a rail background but also working with other Main Contractors and have experience managing projects up to £55m. You will be working on the NEC Option C form of contract so this is also vital to have. In this role you will also manage the Change, Clients, Support Commercial team and also mentor other younger members. This is a site based role so be prepared to be hands on.
