Senior Quantity Surveyor - Telecommunications - Surrey - £55K - 65K + Package

My client, a specialist subcontractor who have guaranteed contracts with large M&E/Comms contractors to deliver packages that includes infrastructure across the UK on over ground and underground rail networks are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

You will be expected to manage a small team as well as a number of projects up to the value of £15 Million, reporting directly in the Commercial Manager.

Based in their Head Office in Surrey, this is a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who wants progression and a new experience so they can utilise their knowledge ito the best of their abilities.

Principal Duties & Accountabilities:

• The production of valuations and preparation, submission and substantiation of final accounts.
• Prepare and present relevant financial information to create accurate presentation regarding contracts and expected timescales
• Assisting sub-project teams with day-to-day commercial activities including resolution of subcontract notifications

Key Experience / Qualifications required:

• 8+ years experience
• Telecommunications subcontractor background
• HNC / HND in Quantity Surveying or similar.
• Knowledge of NEC/NR forms of contract and subcontracts
