We are now recruiting for a Senior QS to join our established commercial team. Reporting to the Lead Quantity Surveyor, you will manage project costs from concept to completion and through to the end of defects liability, overseeing contractual commitments, challenging and supporting to identify best value solutions.

With excellent communication skills, you will be client focused with the ability to build and manage effective relationships with multiple stakeholders, internal colleagues and supply chain partners.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will ideally hold a commercial qualification and have CVR and Target Cost experience in addition to contracts knowledge and experience of working within the rail industry, infrastructure, civils and frameworks.
