With revenues reported at £1.7 Billion for the last financial year, they are a successful business operating within the Rail, Highways, Power, Nuclear Oil & Gas sectors. Their approach, regardless of sector or forms of contract, is to work in collaboration with their Clients to understand their needs and the constraints under which their project will be constructed. From this level of understanding, they then deliver projects safely, on programme and to budget. A large but welcoming company looking to bring their delivery team together and grow capability.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role is on a multi-million pound signalling and electrification project and due to the busy nature of the project, a freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor is needed for at least 3 months to assist the current Senior Quantity Surveyor with Claims, Change management, Cost Reporting etc.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

If you are an ambitious and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor, then you could be who I’m looking for. You should have ideally worked at a similar level on rail projects with main contractors. You should be able to demonstrate NEC3 forms of contract and commercial skills. Degree qualified preferable. Amongst all of this you will be forth coming with your attitude towards work and be able to carry out all your work efficiently and to the highest standard. REMUNERATION
