Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Normanton, Leeds

Due to our continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Rail Division based at our office in Normanton, Leeds.

Reporting to the Lead Quantity Surveyor, you will manage project costs from concept to completion and through to the end of defects liability, overseeing contractual commitments, challenging and supporting to identify best value solutions.

With excellent communication skills, you will be client focused with the ability to build and manage effective relationships with multiple stakeholders, internal colleagues and supply chain partners.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will ideally hold a commercial qualification and have CVR and Target Cost experience in addition to ICC & NEC3 Forms of Contract knowledge and experience of working within the rail industry, infrastructure, civils and frameworks.
