Job Title:

Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

• I am working with a well-established rail contractor, who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
• The company operates on telecoms projects across the UK, on behalf of the likes of London Underground, Network Rail & HS2.
• The role would be based from their office near Kings Cross.
• My client would also be interested in hearing from Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:

• Ensure monthly, interim and final valuations
• Preparation and management of sub-contracts.
• Maintaining appropriate commercial records in line with contract requirements

Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:

• 4+ years Quantity Surveying experience, ideally with experience of rail/M&E/telecoms
• Have good interpersonal communication (verbal, written and listening) skills
• Relevant degree or qualification in the field.

Package offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:

• Up to £80,000 per annum
• Competitive benefits package available.
