Topographical / Land Surveyor

Location: London, Kent, Surrey, South (M25 region)

Rate: £ <phone number removed> per annum (Plus company vehicle)

Overtime rates: X1.5 for nights, X1.5 for Saturdays and X2 for Sundays

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join the team. The successful candidate must have proven experience carrying out topographical surveys and be willing to work away from home and/or carry out night work, as required.

This role is site based but you will be expected to visit one of our offices regularly, our offices are based in the South near Seven oaks, Kent.

Purpose

• Gathering of data to produce Topographical and Measured Building Surveys.
• Carrying out site surveys using Total Stations and GPS equipment and subsequent processing of data in AutoCAD and other software packages.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive to location of work, as specified by Project Managers
• Carry out Site surveys using Total Stations and GPS equipment
• Adhere to working instructions as specified from internal and external clients
• Conduct internal paperwork as required
• Communicate with internal and external parties
• Survey areas as indicated within work instructions
• Undertake office processing of survey data
• Carry out measurements in accordance with company procedures
• Carry out surveys in conjunction with other company activities in accordance with company procedures
