Salary / Benefits
$160,000 - $190,000 (Aus Dollars) negotiable dependant on experience plus package including
a full relocation package including accommodation included as part of this package for the successful candidate and their immediate family.

Company Information
My client has a once in a lifetime opportunity for an experienced Associate Director to apply their experience on major to mega rail projects including light rail, metro, passenger rail, freight and high speed rail.

To be suitable for the position you must have
- A Degree (Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) in Civil Engineering or relevant subject
- Excellent interpersonal skills who is able to work with and support staff
- Significant experience in delivering rail design in multi-disciplinary environment (15/20 years)
- The ability to build, maintain and manage strong client relationships and have worked closely with construction managers.

Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you have
- Any other qualifications in one of the railway engineering disciplines (Civil, Track etc)

Role Information
Produce high quality design work. Check own and team work and verify it before issuing to the client. Lead and mentor the track and project team. Deliver to clients and companies expectation of quality, time and cost. Manage risk and opportunities on all assigned projects. Set and clearly communicate goals and targets for self, team and stakeholders. Actively contribute to the delivery of the plan
