My client currently has an opportunity for an Engineer for Track Renewals, involving ballast cleaning for High Output to be site based out of Scotland.
As the P-Way Renewals Engineer your key responsibilities will be to supervise track renewals and associated works and ensure that the work is planned and delivered safely and to time and budget.
This position will involve the technical supervision of track renewals work. You will be supervising work being carried out such as Level 4 line-speed handback, EPS (Enhanced Permissible Speed) handback, Stressing Level 3, Tamping so will need previous experience yourself and have a good understanding of what is required. You will report directly to the Senior Construction Manager.
Key Skills, Experience
Current experience of having worked as an engineer on Track Renewal Projects essential
Of Level 4 line-speed handback
EPS (Enhanced Permissible Speed) handback,
Stressing Level 3
Tamping
Of training Engineers
Qualifications Required
PTS and Related rail qualification as stated within the key skills and experience
Engineering HND or similar
