Our client is an established international rail systems specialist delivering a major scheme in Glasgow

With workload already ramping up going into the summer, we are looking to recruit an established rail electrical engineer to supervise site based installation works in Glasgow. The successful applicant will be managing site based operatives and subcontractors delivering HV and LV installation works.

To apply for this position you must meet the following criteria:

• Established rail electrical project engineer with demonstrable experience
• Extensive technical engineering experience of rail LV systems including points heating, 650v signalling power supplies, depot lighting and trackside power
• Traction Power experience
• You will ideally have acted as CRE
• Conversation with all relevant site based documentation such as RAMS and WPPs.
• HV engineering knowledge
• Applicants must be based in Glasgow or willing to relocate
• Applicants must be fully eligible to work in the UK
• Ideally educated to HNC or higher in electrical engineering
• Happy to work nights and shifts as required
• Strong client facing and professional communication skills.
