Urgent long term fulfilling contractual position, offering competitive per day rate

We have a fulfilling long term contractual opportunity for a focused and committed, experienced P-Way CRE! Our client a leading main contractor to the UK Rail development sectors is in need of a knowledgeable, Planning to Delivery bias P-Way CRE to ensure effective and credible delivery for varied P-Way renewals and installations, to be conducted in Scotland.

You the P-Way CRE will be reporting to the senior project management team and will be accountable for the effective planning, design review and associated engineering support to oversee and ensure the smooth delivery processes for the P-way delivery.

Your responsibilities:

As the P-Way CRE you will have evidence of past NWR CRE signoff for P-Way / Track and will have previous experience working in a similar role within low to major P-Way delivery operations and will have the knowledge and working appreciation of all related / interfacing disciplines i.e. Civils aspects, Signalling, Comms and Power.

Your career history and working appreciation will include;

• A proven experience of managing and controlling the planning and design reviews through to delivery for UK Rail P-Way developments, installations and upgrade programmes
• Having a strong technical appreciation for P-Way delivery, with the ability to effectively be the technical lead and go-to-person on projects
• To have a good working appreciation of track monitoring experience and undermining of track as well as Platform Extensions
• A strong working knowledge of Rail engineering policies and procedures and NWR GRIP stages
• Good man-management, planning, design to build and engineering delivery qualities, who can lead by example and also has a good appreciation of related commercial aspects
• Strong communication skills at all levels, able to competently interface with clients and key-stakeholders and work collaboratively with associated sectors
