Reporting to the Service Leader, the Engineering Manager / Associate Director will lead the development and deployment of the requirements and capability management service tailored for a variety of clients. You will support the continuous development of the in-house integration management tool accompanied with helping with RAMS, EMC, performance simulation and other systems engineering activities. This is a key hire for this company as the Engineering Manager / Associate Director will be tasked with the development of the office from a systems engineering perspective accompanied with the recruitment of future talent.

To be considered for the position of Engineering Manager / Associate Director candidates will have current or previous experience of managing a rail engineering function. You will have an appreciation of systems engineering or, have direct systems engineering experience. You will have a positive and creative approach to your work with aspirations to continually develop your career which will be supported by this leading organisation.
