OLE Supervisor - Fixed Term Contract

A key member of the project team you will be proactive in making best use of the engineering and professional resources available to you to ensure the safe on-site delivery of the project on time, within budget and to technical specification.

Key Objectives

• Promote safe working practices, ensuring full implementation and compliance with safety rule and regulations.
• Assist and support the Construction Manager ensuring project compliance with statutory legislation. Network Rail Group and Company Standards, and Company management systems, processes and procedures.
• Be responsible for ensuring that all planned Safety Inspections are completed in accordance with the approved programme, and that identified actions are closed out in a timely manner.
• Adhere to and brief out SSOW packs and Task Briefs in line with the standards and the relevant project Work Package Plans(s).
• Participate in regular monthly safety meetings with Line Manager or Construction Manager.

Qualifications and experience required

• Hold an OLEC 3 qualification.
• Hold a PTS/IWA.
• Hold a valid full UK driving licence or equivalent.
• Have demonstrable experience managing a site team in the successful delivery of complex OLE projects, with a supervisory management / training qualification with relevant practical experience.
