Job Description

This role will see you undertake the delivery of systems engineering and assurance activities under the direction of senior staff. Your role will be technically focussed to enable the delivery of project solutions using a Systems Engineering approach.

The role will understand the project requirements and require the interaction with internal and external stakeholders while also documenting assurance of design solutions to the requirements identified.

Your duties will include:

• Development of the systems engineering design for a major project
• Development of assurance strategies and associated documentation
• Engaging with the project team, client, and stakeholders
• Undertake general requirement engineering activities, including verification and validation.
• Assist in the development of other requirements documentation, including project deliverables and management plans

Candidate Specification

To be successful in this role you will require:

• Rail Systems Assurance and Engineering experience for delivery of major projects
• Experience working on complex projects in a multidisciplinary environment
• Previous role requiring routine interaction in a large project team
• Ability to produce clear and logical written communication and presentations
• Experience and ability to manage your own time and workload.
• Relevant Degree qualification
