Kelly Rail are looking to appoint an Operations Director who shall lead the delivery of services to clients across Southern England. This position is ideally suited for an individual who has previously held a leadership post within the Signals & Telecoms sector for Rail and Metro.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong industry knowledge and understanding of the concepts and practical application of project management, asset installation, whole life management and costing techniques
• Experience of Strategic Business Planning in the rail sector
• Demonstrable evidence of owning a P&L account
• Experience and knowledge in the Digital Railway
• Knowledge and ability to implement, communicate and influence good practice
• Develop and deliver efficient and effective processes to facilitate new business development
• Commercially aware, you will be keen to join an organisation who pride themselves on delivering a superior product and service
• Ensure compliance by all staff with the Safety Management System and Making Safety Personal
• Develop and manage key client relationships

• Must hold degree level / post graduate engineering qualifications and have a proven track record in delivering projects
• The ability to lead a large multifunctional teams of both in-house and contract engineers through both a strategic and hands on approach
