Are you an Operations Manager with experience within Property, Rail or Civil Engineering looking for a new opportunity in Birmingham?
Do you have a background as a Business Analyst and are you fluent in Finance Manager nVision software?
Would you like to work with both Public Body and Private Clients and support the most prestigious Rail infrastructure projects in the UK?
Do you have a background as a Business Analyst? Can you take the lead on systems, processes and reporting within the contract management teams, liaise with other stakeholders including business service teams, front end fee earners and technical teams within clients.
Can you analyse current processes and operating procedures as well as redefining them with a strong methodology such as Prince 2, Agile or Bowtie?
You'll be taking over a team of 12 which will grow to 26 with your help, by identifying weaknesses and working with the Head of Contract Management to recruit and fill any skills gaps.
Are you able to ensure a smooth mobilisation of each contract and act as an interface between both the client and internal delivery teams, with regards to technical operational delivery?
