We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations and Delivery Manager, with expertise in the rail industry, to join our thriving team. We are looking to recruit an energetic, dynamic individual with excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. This role will be leading the delivery of a National Framework, together with driving business development and growth through client relationships and exceptional delivery.

You will be based at our Head office in Ashford Kent, the role will require a flexible working pattern to cover weekend delivery if required and the ability to visit sites across the UK as needed.

What we are looking for:

• Energetic, self-motivated, well organised individual with proven experience in Operations and Project Management, with the ability to proactively manage all aspects of project delivery.
• Confident individuals who work well on their own initiative but also enjoy being part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience in the development and delivery of reporting processes and systems
• The ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and build excellent client relationships is essential.
• Experience in Logistics management and Worksite management is essential.
• Business development expertise would be desirable
• A good understanding of Health & Safety requirements, processes, and procedures
• Able to work under pressure to meet timescales.

Requirements

• Educated to Degree level / HNC or equivalent.
• Industry knowledge gained in transport, logistics, or construction.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills and with a high level of attention to detail
• IT literate
