Samuel Knight Rail are pleased to be recruiting for Reliability Engineers for our Rolling Stock engineering consultancy - delivering assurance on a wide range of contracts in the UK rail sector.

Our client are a growing organisation which have won quite large contracts in the last few months, and will be increasing their headcount through the rest of 2018 and into 2019. Although there will be engineering vacancies across all aspects of Rolling Stock - acquiring reliability / safety engineering expertise is of particular importance at the moment.

The successful candidate will possess experience of at least 3 years working for a Manufacturer, Consultancy or Design house - and they will hold an ambition to progress their career within a national sized company.

On a daily basis , the successful candidate will deliver the following tasks:

• Methodical analysis of engineering issues with a variety of different rolling stock - for multiple different clients
• Assurance and reliability checks against multiple different client requirements
• Working with our clients - you will be able to work face to face in high level meetings
• Inspire our clients business to progress , utilising your network of contacts built so far

The successful candidate will hold the following qualifications:

• Degree educated within a mechanical or electrical engineering discipline
• Time served with over 3 years experience it he Rolling Stock industry
• An expertise in reliability, maintenance or safety engineering works
