ATA Recruitment are on the lookout for experienced recruitment consultants to join our expanding contract Infrastructure team in our Derby office. We are looking for driven, enthusiastic individuals to add to our already successful team and continue the growth of our contract division.

Key aspects of the role will include:

• Build working relationships with new and existing customers across the Infrastructure sectors

• Regularly meeting executive level clients and candidates (UK-wide) to develop existing streams of revenue

• Working closely with customers to ensure that their business needs are met, putting ATA Recruitment first in their minds for all recruitment

• Development of new streams of business to create scalable opportunities and manage the develop a team around you

Experience and background:

• You will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a proven record of working in a 360 role

• Ideally your experience will be in white collar contract recruitment in Infrastructure (Rail, Highways, Construction) / Engineering (Traction & Rolling Stock / Design etc) or similar - consultants from different industry sectors will always be considered

• Appreciation of, or experience in contract recruitment

• You need to bring a charismatic, can-do attitude - someone who can bring solutions and contribute ideas
