We offer an excellent opportunity to join our office as a Rail Recruitment Resourcer working within our Safety Critical team based in Bristol. We offer a competitive salary between £ <phone number removed> k dependent on experience, working full-time 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

As a Resourcer you will typically be responsible for both general admin and sourcing of candidates for a variety of roles across the UK but primarily focused on the South West and South Wales.

Working alongside a Recruitment Consultant your main duties will include posting job adverts, Registering Candidates, Booking Training for Candidates, Adding and updating Candidate Information on Internal Systems.

Experience within the recruitment industry is preferred however not essential. You will be confident speaking to diverse people on the telephone, have strong customer service skills with excellent administration skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure and to deadlines. This role demands flexibility in that priorities change regularly and no working day is the same! Good IT skills with experience of working on Microsoft Office applications is required.
