ABOUT THE JOB

Let’s make this clear, being a recruitment consultant isn’t just about “helping people”. Yes, you’ll “help” solve your client’s headcount and skill gap headaches, you’ll also “help” your candidates find their dream role but, to get to that point (and successfully) you’ve got to SELL! Recruitment IS sales. If you’ve been in a B2B sales role, then I want to hear from you!

As a Recruitment Consultant in our Derby office, you will focus on delivering white collar appointments ranging from £30-100k across the UK in one of the following markets; Rail Infrastructure, Civil Infrastructure or Traction & Rolling Stock. We have a strong client base with excellent relationships and need more talent to help drive the expansion of our Projects office from 22 to 30 consultants. THE REQUIREMENTS

I’m looking for a grafter, someone who will rise to the challenge and never give up. You’ll need excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as B2B sales experience. If youalready have experience as a consultant then get in touch. I want to know why I should hire you!

THE SALARY

• 18-25k (Depending on level of sales experience) + Commission (up to 25%) + Incentives + Benefits
