Recruitment Consultants required for the International Infrastructure & Rail Team, Central London.

With our head office in Central London we supply for Senior, Managerial and Highly technical staff to International Consultancies, Technology companies, Contractors and Government agencies across Europe, Asia, Middle East, Americas and Africa.

Due to continued growth we are seeking a trainee recruitment consultant to join our International Infrastructure & Rail Team in the City of London.

upon successfully joining us, you will be part of an initial intense and tailored three month training programme combining theoretical classroom based learning with on the desk practical sessions. you will be teamed up with some of the industry's leading consultants to support your learning every step of the way. over the subsequent nine months your training and development will continue allowing you to reap the high level financial rewards of your hard work and focus.

basic salary £19,500 (raising to £25,500 after promotion) first year realistic OTE £35,000 second year OTE £50,000 (excluding equity bonus)

having a minimum of 12 months telephone sales experience within a target driven environment will enable you to join our programme and start a career in recruitment. You will posses:
