Internal Sales Executive in Surrey, South East, United Kingdom
My client, a global leading engineering and technology services organisation, is currently looking for a well communicative and motivated Internal Sales Executive to proactively support the Supply Chain Team in all sales and administration processes.
Located at their Camberley Office, this is a 5-month requirement.
Working as part of the supply chain department, the role responsibilities will mostly consist of:
- Approving and creating new projects/jobs - cross checking with quotes and order booking tools.
- Raising sales order on SAP
- Amend purchase orders and process change requests on SAP. (increase/decrease Revenue, Costs, etc.)
- Following up and chasing on expediting of orders being processed
- Raising Sales Orders
- Amending/Repairing PO's
- Liaising with Suppliers, Project Managers and upkeeping strong communications between departments.
- Raising invoices in SAP
- Share knowledge with other team members, update procedures and any documentation related to purchasing activities
This position will suit an experienced Sales Administrator/Supply chain professional looking to develop their existing skills in a famously known organisation.
The ideal candidate will have approximately 2 years’ experience within a supply chain management function and will be proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel. Six sigma or Lean Awareness would be an advantage but not essential.
