Mane are recruiting for several Sales Consultants to work on an on going contract in Lincoln. If you are a graduate and looking for a foot in the door with a very successful company or you are an experienced sales consultant looking for your next challenge then this is for you.
This is an entry level business position which is a initially a 3 month contract with the potential opportunity to go permanent or extended contract. You will be trained and learn about purchase orders, attend supplier meetings and learn about the global business.
What are my responsibilities?
*Responsible for the sale and tendering activities for service lines on allocated / identified sales prospects (PM10 to PM80), as well as any communication with customers to achieve the sales realization
*Responsible for order intake forecast on allocated / identified sales prospects.
*Responsible for the Hit rate (Quote to order) on quoted prospects
*Responsible for the as sold GM and Ebit on quoted prospects
*Coordination with supply chain management for the demand forecast planning. Via accurate forecast on SFDC on quoted prospects.
*Management of commercial issues and basic negotiations with allocated customers and quoted prospects
*Responsible for data quality on SFDC to create the sales forecast
*Responsible for quotation response time on allocated prospects
*Responsible for Hit rate on allocated prospects
*Participation on the Out of office programme
What do I need to qualify for this role?
*Good understanding of Gas Turbines, driven units and associated equipment
*Basic negotiation skills and experience selling service products
*Good knowledge of all Parts and Overhauls products (Chargeable, LTP, Parts with Main Engines, Overhauls etc)
*Solid commercial and financial knowledge (T&C, GM, debt etc), problem solving and creative thinking with quality and efficiency being the main focus
*Excellent organization skills
*Good communication skills, both written and verbal
*Must be able to work as a team member
*Awareness of different cultures and customs
