A Works Delivery Manager is required for signalling asset works for a busy works delivery unit, based out of Wimbledon, South West London. This is a great opportunity for a Works Delivery Manager to develop working client side.
The Signalling Works Delivery Manager is responsible for taking overall operational control of the schedule of works, ensuring planning and production and outputs are to schedule and cost, assurance of delivery lifecycle and stage gate reviews, working to necessary safety standards.
The Works Delivery Manager will have experience of planning, managing and coaching operational teams in railway signalling asset maintenance, assessment, pway inspection, works delivery planning processes and safety management. IRSE is required, as well as SMTH, and G110. A good commercial understanding and ability to ensure projects are completed to cost estimates.
The role works a combination of days and nights on rota, and also some on-call working, for which a significant additional allowance (up to £5927 p/a) is available.
