Rates - £439.37 LTD/Umbrella OR £389.00 PAYE per day

About the role / project:
Network Rail is looking for an experienced Signalling biased Senior Project Engineer for a contract vacancy within their Greater West Programme - covering the Thames Valley Area between Maidenhead and Bristol Parkway.
As an experienced signalling engineer you will ideally possess all of the following criteria:
Previous experience acting as a Project Engineer Signalling for Network Rail
Previous experience of working in a 25 kV OLE environment
Previous experience of signal sighting process and procedure
Good communicator and willing to chair meetings
A member of IRSE
Additionally, the behavioural aspects of the role are equally important where you will need to be honest, flexible and always able to work safely and with integrity.
Your experience will include:
Essential:
Hold appropriate IRSE license for the post
Educated to Degree level in a relevant discipline
Clear written and oral communication skills
Ability to work and communicate effectively within a team, with other parts of the organisation e.g. maintainers and with design and construction contractors at all levels.
Desirable:
Experience as Designated Project Engineer (DPE) on a Network Rail IP project.
