6 MONTH CONTRACT ROLE
BASED ON SITE IN QATAR
SINGLE STATUS
10 HOURS A DAY - 6 DAYS A WEEK.

Partially supervised installation and labour leading of installation of point machines, IMU system, track circuits, signals, axle counters, cable system, Vicos control system and control panels (in total Signaling system). Support of client inspections. Support in test and commissioning works.
Perform pre-check documentation before installation, supervision of equipment installation, post-check documentation after installation.
Prepares tools, materials and consumables prior the installation start, housekeeping of consumables.
Planning and Requisition of Resources.
Execution of installation of signaling system (point machines, IMU system, track circuits, signals, axle counters, cable system, vicos control system, control panels) with leading the workforce of the installation team.
Training of new labors regarding signaling installation tasks.
Identifies problems or issues at site and reports to Foreman.
Schedule, support and partially lead of client inspections.
Coordination and support to Site Acceptance Test activities.
Observes the implementation and following of HSE regulations.
Other soft duties with working knowledge that includes support installation for other lots i.e OCS (Overhead Catenary Systems), TLC (Traffic Light Control) and COM
Wide previous- knowledge in Signaling Installation and methodologies.
Ensures safety & maintainability at all times especially at site.
Strong installation and understanding skills in electrical and civil discipline.
Able to read and understand schematic drawing.
Efficient scheduling, look ahead planning, tasking and other generated reports.
Responsible and can safely initiate work without supervision.
Microsoft office applications for reporting and documentations.
Strong knowledge in Siemens SIG equipments Installations ie. Point machines, IMU box, etc.
Min. 4 years verifiable experience in Signaling system installation.with bachelor degree required.
Optional: With onsite installation experience regarding Siemens OCS, Traffic Light Control or Communication items.
Excellent English communication skills.
