Position: M&E Site Supervisor

Location: London

Package: £30,000 - £35,000 + Employees Benefits

Want to work for the largest independent Mechanical and Electrical engineering, construction and services company in the UK? This company is a family owned business with over 90 years in operation.

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the growing company working on Rail projects in London. You will have current / previous experience as a Supervisor in a Rail environment with either an electrical or mechanical bias.

As the Site Supervisor you must be able to:

• Lead team in provision of excellent service delivery by monitoring service performance, taking corrective action when necessary across the client's premises and escalating to the Electrical or Mechanical Project Manager.
• Provide first line management and leadership to contract dedicated team, setting team objectives and individual performance management reviews
• Undertake risk assessments and safety audits in line with relevant safety legislation and Health and Safety systems and procedures
• Supervision of Sub Contractor works ensuring compliance
• Ensure the completion of tool box talks with all Engineers in team as prescribed by the SHEQ department.
• Carry out sub-contractor quotations and produce quotes for any small works required on site

To do this role you must have:

• Qualifications or equivalent at Level 1,2,3 & NVQ level in Electrical or Mechanical
• Previously worked for either a top tier 1 main contractor or specialist MEP contractor.
• Must have worked at Site Supervisor in a similar company / project
• Must have worked on Mechanical and Electrical Packages
