THE COMPANY

You could get the chance to be a part of a civil engineering specialist with over 30 years’ experience, who are dedicated to building on their strong reputation and well-established relationships with their clients.

Their operation employs over 350 people across the UK and are looking to add an experienced Site Agent to their specialist highways division!

IDEAL CANDIDATE

So, what would make you the perfect fit for the role? My client is looking for someone who sets themselves above the rest and is eager to grow the highways team. You must have the motivation to be a key player within the company and aren’t afraid to take on responsibilities that are a little out your comfort zone.

Whilst further developing your career, you will have full support from the business as they have an ICE approved training programme, and with them continually winning new work, the sky is the limit when it comes to career progression!

ABOUT THE JOB

This role is not your typical Site Agent role – so if you’re wanting to stay at a similar level to where you’re at, this job is not for you. Responsibilities are slightly outside the realm to your typical Site Agent – although you will be at the forefront of delivering the project, throughout your career you must be willing to learn the ropes to be involved with the tender programme and everything else involved in securing new work. So, if you want more responsibility, this is an opportunity you shouldn’t miss!

REQUIREMENTS

• HNC/HND/Degree in Civil Engineering (or relevant) is essential
• Experience of civil engineering projects – ideally highways
• Experience at Site Agent level, or looking to make the next step up
• Full UK driving license

• Up to £45k DOE
• Car allowance/company car
• Pension
