THE CLIENT

Our client is one of the leading engineering and construction companies in the UK and provide specialist building, civil engineering and rail expertise to a range of markets. They deliver successful projects in a wide range of industries, including commercial, industrial, education, rail infrastructure and depots, highways and energy.

Due to them successfully winning a highways framework, they are now looking for an experienced Site Agent to join the ever-growing team in Bedfordshire – so if you want to join a market leading contractor, what are you waiting for?!

ABOUT THE JOB

Now that I’ve got your interest, I bet you’re wondering what the role entails? Well, you will essentially be number 1 on-site, so essentially overseeing multiple major projects in the highways environment across the region.

In this type of environment, it is imperative you can work quickly and efficiently, whilst also motivating the team on the ground to do so as well. With this being part of a framework, there is guaranteed longevity of work and no two days are the same – so if you’re ready to work in an exciting, high-paced atmosphere this could just be the opportunity for you.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• HND/HNC/Degree Civil Engineering
• Experience on Highways major projects
• Experience at Sub Agent level ready to step up, or already at Site Agent level

PACKAGE

• Salary depending on experience
• Car allowance/company car
• 25 days’ holiday + 8 days’ bank holiday
• Pension and flexible benefits scheme including dental cover, childcare vouchers etc.
