Are you an organised, detail-orientated Site Agent looking to develop your already existing scheduling skills? Would you like to work for a tier 1 company on a major project in the South West of England? Fawkes and Reece are currently looking for a Site Agent/Scheduler to start work imminently.
Your responsibilities would be, but not limited to:
- scheduling, updating and communicating the core monthly programme of works for all activities across the project contract
- Work with the client to challenge the detail and timing of the works programme where necessary
- Maximise best use of resources to deliver on commercial value/efficiency, ensuring collaboration across the entire business
- Apply for NNB permits (as required)
- Develop and maintain a lean visual management process to make planning and prioritising simpler and efficient
- Minimise un-productive time and maximise productivity through effective programming whilst ensuring contractual response times are met
- Coordinate tier 2 contractor programmes and works to ensure efficient delivery and prevent clashes
You would also demonstrate:
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- High level of relationship-building skills to ensure high-level liaising between different functioning contractual groups
- A good level of functional IT skills
