Contract
As a Sub Agent you will be responsible for the management of a large Rail, Electrification and Infrastructure project located in Peterborough.
Key elements of the role include:
*Overseeing all construction activities on site
*Maintain commercial performance of the contract
*Manage the project programme and supervise the delivery of it
*Understand and interpret drawings and specifications
*Provide engineering expertise and support to the project team
*Ensure all staff, subcontractors and visitors are properly inducted, meet the competencies required of them and hold relevant qualifications and tickets
*Produce good quality accurate reporting weekly/monthly for both clients and internally
*Chair site meetings
Additionally you must ensure that all Health and safety deliverables are adhered to and establish a culture of safe working best practice on site as well as environmental compliance. You will be responsible for creating positive working relationships on site with all personnel, support departments, sub-contractors and client stakeholders as well as ensuring quality assurance and works are completed to a good quality and snag free.
