This is an exciting time to join this company as they make a start on their every-growing highways order book and are looking for a Site Engineer to join the team on a project in Lincoln!

IDEAL CANDIDATE

You’re the Site Engineer I’m looking for if you have experience working on road build projects, ideally with a main contractor. From a cultural point of view, my client is on the hunt for a hungry and ambitious engineer, someone who is longing for the chance to progress and will go above and beyond to climb the ladder, is this person you?

As the client have a powerful reputation to maintain, it is imperative that you have excellent communication skills, supported by a wealth of civils industry knowledge and can keep a team on-site motivated to work and complete the project to the best of your ability. So, if you’re looking to just plod along, this role is definitely not for you.

ABOUT THE JOB

As an experienced Engineer, you will already know about the typical responsibilities of the role. However, what makes this role unlike any other is the fact my client pride themselves on delivering project to the highest quality, so you must have a keen eye for detail and be passionate about the standard of the work you are delivering!

The initial scheme you will be involved in is a new road build project in Lincolnshire, however there’s plenty in the pipe thereafter in the Midlands focussing on large scale road construction projects, bridges, junction improvements, roundabout schemes – and everything in between!

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this role, you must have experience at a minimum of Site Engineer level working for a main contractor within highways. You must also have a HNC (or above) in Civil Engineering.

PACKAGE

My client is offering the Grade-A candidate a basic salary up to £40k (for a Senior Engineer), plus a generous package including car/car allowance, pension, holidays and much more.
