TXM Recruit are looking for an Assistant Fleet Manager to work for a rail maintenance company based in Leeds. The Assistant Fleet Manager will be responsible for ensuring all ensuring the effective delivery of the fleet. The successful candidate will take on the following responsibilities as an Assistant Fleet Manager:

- Ensure compliance with engineering standards

- Lead depot production teams

- Assist with fleet reliability

- Maintenance planning

- Budget responsibility

Experience/Qualifications:

- Relevant engineering qualification

- Experience in management in a maintenance engineering environment

- Experience within rolling stock and traction is desirable
