AndersElite are working with a well-know contractor who are currently looking for a Assistant Property Manager to help support a project in London.

Purpose of the Role

To support and work within the Property & Estates Department fulling its role as consultant to the operational business and/or joint ventures and Asset/Property Manage a portfolio of 'HQ' properties.

Key Areas of Responsibility & Accountability

• Initial point of contact for all property management issues. To then solve or liaise with manager.
• To be responsible for processing procurement accounts and finance documents.
• Maintain property records of statutory/regulatory works.
• Safety tours and subsequent actions.
• Manage PPM at properties and liaise with contractors.
• Property inspections and reporting.
• Property Acquisitions - Property searches, initial negotiations and point of contact for legal drafting
• Disposal - Assisting with operational divisions vacating properties and subsequent dilapidations discussions.
• Any other reasonable duties as required from time to time
