Job Title:
Bid Manager, my client is also interested in speaking to Pre-Construction Managers
Location:
Can be based in either Highbridge or Pontyclun with occasional travel to the other office
Salary / Benefits:
£45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus package dependent on experience

Company Information:
An opportunity has arisen for a Bid Manager to work on bids within Rail for a fast paced principal contractor the South West.
To be suitable for the position you must have;
- At least 5 years expereince dealing with Rail/Civils Bids / Tenders
- Previous experience in a bidding role delivering successful £multimillion bids in the rail sector
- Strong PQQ experience
- Experience of proposals / bidding in highly regulated environments
- A high level of competence with Microsoft Office Suite, excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you:
- Are educated to degree level
Role Information;
You would be taking responsibility for a wide range of tasks required from the earliest identification of project opportunities, informing the business of the latest market information & helping to define the winning strategy, through to successful tender submission & contract signature. Your role will include supporting business development in winning business by developing & managing capture plans.
