The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join a leading international rail engineering consultancy.

Joining the commercial team is an excellent opportunity to join a team widely recognised as market leaders in the field of Rail/Civils. The client ewi recruitment are working with act as a market leader with many award winning iconic projects around the world, and in the UK.
Job Role / Responsibilities
Leading and submitting bids within customer defined time frames, for projects in the UK and Ireland, working with virtual teams in Planning and Design, and submitting high quality tender responses. Market monitoring and intelligence, of tender documents, while analysis strictly to internal and external deadlines.

The role will be based in Birmingham, West Midlands, UK.
Salary Package
The salary will fall between £45,000 - £60,000
Requirements
For this role the client that ewi recruitment are working with have a minimum requirement of Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Economics, with five years experience working as a Bid Manager within the Rail Sector.
Project Management experience preferred.
Experience dealing with key stakeholder, flexible working as travel will be required.
High Microsoft Office, Adobe software ability.
Fluent in English (German is a plus)
Experience working in International teams.
This position requires an immediate start.
