Scunthorpe Office, But will be homebased for the foreseeable future.

Salary / Benefits:
£45,000 - £50,000 plus package incuding pension & critical illness.

Company Information:
Seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and determined bid professional to join a successful systems integrations business within the rail market with over 15 years' experience deploying major telecommunications and network projects with a track record of delivering large and small rail projects for Network Rail and Tier 1 organisations on time and to budget.

Seeking Candidates with;

• Significant experience of bid and quotation processes and completion of submissions ideally in a railway or telecommunications environment (both would be a bonus)
• Can understand and interpret the questions within the pre-qualification questionnaire and tender documents;
• Demonstrates a creative approach to the writing and presentation of bids;
• Ideally have experience of working in the Rail Industry
• ideally have experience of Telecoms products and installations
• Familiar with the method of bid and tender release, including e-tendering portals.
• Experience of working to tight deadlines in high pressure situations
• Strong command of both spoken and written English (mandatory).

Role Information;

• Ability to demonstrate creativity and innovation through the production of bespoke Client documentation to ensure best chance of successful bids
• Builds internal and external relationships with individuals associated with the bid process in order to create quality bids;
• Team player with excellent communications skills;
• Ability to construct relevant answers which clearly answer the clients question and portray the company in the best possible light;
• Understand and interpret key information from PQQs, ITT and other related tender documentation
• Completion of all tenders to a high and consistent standard in a time pressured environment
