Job Title - IR35 Business Support Manager (IR35 Governance)
Location - Milton Keynes
Rates - £316.52 - £360.28 per day

About the role/project:
IR35 Business Support Manager required to drive the implementation and best practice of IR35, predominantly focusing on the governance across the business.
They will be the nominated expert in IR35 managing all senior engagement and challenges internally. Additionally, they will be required to design, encourage and implement new processes and continues improvement in this area.

Essential
- Extensive knowledge of the supply chain and the relevant supply contracts around IR35.
- Experience of contract and supplier management.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Commercial and negotiation skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal, influencing, communication and organisational skills.
- A customer focussed approach.
- Able to evaluate complex factors and make decisions to maximise benefit to Network Rail.
- Strategic outlook, including the ability to fully analyse options and drive delivery of recommendations.
- Understanding and application of best practice supply chain management within relevant markets.
- Proven experience of managing 3rd party supplier relationships as well as relationships with key internal stakeholders.
