Job Title - Communications Manager (Digital/Marketing)
Location - James Forbes House, London.
Rates - £263.62 Umbrella/Ltd or £233.40 PAYE.

About the role / project:
Working on the Brighton Mainline Improvement Programme.
What you will do:
- Providing support to the marketing and direct passenger communications lead for major closures on the Brighton main line (Balcombe tunnel project)
- Preparation of detailed campaign materials to support the existing passenger communications strategy for the Balcombe project aligned with operational activities, including the creation of briefs, review of marketing collateral, including posters and toolkit for TLP/TOCs; co-ordination of activities with creative agency including supporting the development of key messaging.
- Co-ordinating in station and on route Network Rail passenger activity and direct marketing activities - leaflets, giveaways and direct email
- Creation of content for the Balcombe project website, including the campaign microsite
- Working with TOC partners to provide social media and email CRM updates to passengers
- Proactive and reactive social media management
- Management of Balcombe pages on the Connect portal
- Content creation and commissioning - film, photography, CGIs and infographics
