Randstad CPE are currently recruiting for a Construction Site Manager with HV experience, to work for a main contractor on a rail electrification project based in the Midlands.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY / TASKS

* Successfully managing the site team for an electrification project on track.
* Drive Health, Safety and Quality based construction culture
* Contribute to the coordination of works within planned possessions
* Contribute to the possession planning process, race card production and long term planning
* Drive the constructability aspect of the design development
* Be responsible for the production of WPP and SSOW documentation
* Manage COSS resource

• Knowledge & Experience:

  • Relevant and proven construction experience
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent IT skills
  • The ability to achieve objectives and prioritise workload
  • A high degree of self-direction
  • Previous experience of working on rail infrastructure projects involving Civil and Electrification works
  • Experience with High Voltage.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in civils and rail, be confident to work on their own, be immediately available and have HV experience to be considered for this role.
