Job Title Delivery Manager (SSOWP)

We are currently working with a main contractor who are currently seeking an experienced delivery Manager. The main purpose of this role is to Deliver work packages and projects to timescale, budget and quality whilst maintaining adherence to all safety and fatigue requirements. Delivery must adhere to client product and safety standards.

Main duties will include

Working in conjunction with the Project Manager and Construction Manager execute the planning and delivery of work to the defined scope, standards and timescales. Includes any access planning and safe system of work planning etc where required and in compliance with Industry Standards.
Write Safe System of Works (Method Statements, Task Briefing Sheets, etc.)
Allocate works packages to the installation teams and subsequent review and approval of proposed delivery plans.
Working with procurement and Resource Management collate the required resource required to deliver work packages ensuring logistical arrangement for timely site implementation.
Verify that resources allocated are appropriately competent in both safety and task execution.
Working with internal interfaces ensure that all documentation, access and safety requirements are produced to industry standards and are available for presentation as required on site or for audit purposes.
Monitor and track costs ensuring that tasks are delivered to the defined budget, identifying and implementing opportunities for cost saving. Where works are outside of the scope or are subject to delay due to circumstances out of the companies control ensure that early warning processes are activated and data is collated to support potential variation or compensation event.
Produce & monitor relevant KPI's to ensure respective operations performance; decides countermeasures if needed.
Attendance at client meeting.
Work with the company management to build cohesive teams maintaining morale and developing capability.
