As a HSSE Manger you will be responsible for:

Supporting Land & Property colleagues and advising on all related areas including: management of suppliers, roles/responsibilities and client expectation, incident reporting requirements, risk assessment and wellbeing.
Liaising with different business areas on opportunities within L&P for the collation of pre-construction information to comply with CDM/related legislation.
Developing methods to share site information, across the business, to identify and manage significant risks associated with sites and when attending sites.
Developing and implementing a criteria review for acquired properties to ensure all H&S considerations and subsequent actions have been completed to reduce business risk
Providing support for high risk acquisitions in order to comply with the legislation to reduce business risk.
To develop and implement a monitoring/assurance programme for the L&P business in order to provide SMT assurance of compliance with relevant legislation and effective monitoring of suppliers/contractors;
Providing SMT sight of activity and any areas requiring additional discussion or clarity, as well as identifying where action is required to minimise any emerging risks.
Developing of L&P risk register and ensure links with corporate risk register.
Provide monthly H&S report commentary

To be considered for the role of the HSSE Manager candidates will ideally have experience in pre-construction documentation and be CIOSH.
